Setting Browser Preferences in Netscape (Windows & Macintosh)
  1. Open a Netscape browser window.
     
  2. Select Preferences under the Edit menu.
     
  3. Click on Advanced to open the advanced settings window.
     
  4. Make sure there is a checkmark next to Enable Java and Enable JavaScript. For Netscape 4.x also checkmark Accept all Cookies in the same window; in Netscape 6.x, Enable all cookies is available under the Privacy and Security menu category.
     
  5. Click OK.
Close this window to return to the main menu.
